Bistro 32 popped up on Facebook - we Stopped here on a fall motorcycle ride great atmosphere for a small town eatery!! Service was great and friendly!! I had the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and vegetables. Good size portions and it was really good. Buddies said the burgers we spot on. Definitely will be back on the next ride thru. Thanks bistro 32 for the great food !!

Best place i have EVER been! Had the classic burger and tried the meatloaf and wow. I would expect this out of a high end restaurant. Will definitely be back! Meatloaf had so much flavor! Cheese curds were absolutely incredible!

4.2 stars. Nice outdoor patio for summer dining. Very friendly and helpful wait staff. Suitable lunch food if you are in the area. I recommend the BLTA! We found Mario while we were there but no sign of Luigi.

I would definitely eat here again. Don’t expect an amazing atmosphere. According to our server, the owners recently re-invented their restaurant, changing the name and the menu. The music and the decor did not match the menu, but the food was really good! I enjoyed a citrus Cajun shrimp salad and my husband was impressed with the Rueben. The service was above average and we will hopefully stop here again.

We stopped in for lunch. It was busy but I still had no wait to get a table. We sat on the patio which was a fantastic shady spot. The waitress was very attentive and served us well. My son-in-law and I had the bistro burger with fries. The brioche bun was soft and held together well. The beef patty was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The pastrami had wonderful flavor. The poblano pepper was nicely cooked with a slight char. My only complaint is it didn't have enough sauce. The house sauce had a slight smear on the bun. My wife loved the mango salsa salmon and said she would definitely get that again. My daughter loved the barbecued pork sandwich. We really enjoyed the fries that had a slight crispy coating but were nice and soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. Their fry sauce had a nice tang to it.

We saw all the cars parked around this restaurant and knew we had to try it. We were rewarded with great food and great service. I had the chicken fried chicken (thin slices of chicken breast) with gravy and two eggs on top. Delicious! The country fried potatoes on the side were excellent and full of flavor. We shared a individual lemon pie for dessert. You do not want to miss it! We loved it!

This is a hidden gem in Kamas Utah. I go to Park City to see the fall leaves almost every year and take a side trip to see Mirror Lake. This bistro is about one block from the turn to Mirror Lake. If you are in Midway, Deer Valley or Park City it is definitely worth a drive. The the staff is friendly as your going to find anywhere and our waitress Yami who is from Argentina was the best! The food was great with large portions and fairly priced. The bistro is is small with inside and covered outside dining and a bar. I would go out of my way to eat there again and will eat there every time I stay in the Park City area. Note: the menu I posted is their summer menu. They were in the process of changing the menu to their winter menus which has a greater emphasis on fish and soup.

Route 32 Bistro, nestled in the heart of Kamas, Utah, offers a refreshing retreat for diners seeking hearty, flavorful meals in a welcoming small-town setting. Located at 215 S Main St, this bistro strikes a balance between comfort and culinary craftsmanship, making it a favored stop for locals and travelers alike.

The menu reflects a thoughtful reinvention, showcasing dishes that resonate with both classic American fare and inventive twists. Standout offerings like the chicken fried steak come with generous portions and well-executed sides, such as mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, providing a satisfying and nostalgic experience. The burgers, highlighted by the bistro burger with its soft brioche bun and perfectly seasoned beef patties, showcase careful attention to texture and flavor. The delicate char on the poblano pepper and the subtle tang of the house-made fry sauce elevate the fries, proving that even the sides receive meticulous care.

Seafood lovers will appreciate dishes like the citrus Cajun shrimp salad and the mango salsa salmon, which infuse fresh, vibrant flavors with a hint of spice that dances on the palate. Meatloaf, often a simple comfort food, is reimagined here with bold seasoning and rich depth, earning praise akin to that of a high-end dining experience. Not to be overlooked, the cheese curds stand out as an irresistible appetizer with their golden crispness and satisfying texture.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, with a charming outdoor patio that enhances summer dining. The friendly, attentive service adds a human touch, ensuring that guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Though the decor and music might not align perfectly with the menu’s elevated tastes, the culinary offerings decidedly outshine this minor discord.

Route 32 Bistro's thoughtful reinvention, paired with its approachable vibe and standout dishes, makes it a destination worth returning to, whether on a leisurely ride through Kamas or a casual lunch stop. Each plate tells a story of care, flavor, and community, inviting food lovers to savor every bite.
